The worst jjampong cold noodle I had ever eaten in my life. Noodle is soggy , a lazy presentation by adding ice cube make it cold instead. Soup base is tasteless. Took 1 bite and discard it immediately as it is an insult to sell it as cold noodle. The authenticity of this Korean cold noodle is a joke. With the price point. .It is a complete scam to consumer. If this people cannot cook real Korean food, take it out from the menu instead of scamming people!

The Anchovies are not spicy at all but, it was quite salty and unable to feel any little spice. Makes me doubtful if I even ordered correctly... Please improve to be actual spicy stir fry Anchovies.

I ordered 4 jars as a first order just because they MARKETED it as sold in glass jars instead of plastic.
on the day of delivery I asked them some questions on storage and I was told "You can just keep them in the fridge directly as we are now using plastic containers. 🙏🙏". they switched to plastic without updating anyone, their website is literally still marketing it as glass and if I hadn't had asked those questions I probably wouldn't have known about it till I received the product.
told them to cancel my order and process a refund. haven't gotten a single update regarding my refund and they've ghosted me on whatsapp pretty much.
after all of this they could still send me marketing emails on how they use glass jars for their product. a literal definition of a scam and not as advertised product. if you don't care about your health the plastic might not be an issue but the recovery service has been horrible.
