Spicy Stir-fried dried anchovies also known as Mae-un Myeolchi Bokkeum (매운 멸치볶음), is a classic Korean banchan consisting of stir-fried dried anchovies glazed in a sweet and spicy sauce.

Served at cool room temperature, our JIN "Spicy Stir-Fried" Anchovies are perfect with a bowl of rice, Korean barbecue, Bossam, a can of cold beer or simply any meal!

JIN "Spicy Stir-Fried" Anchovies are freshly made to order daily in Singapore and are packed in quantities of 180grams. This banchan is good for 3 months (refrigerated) upon receiving.
