Cucumbers were crunchy and young. The longer to keep the kimchi the more flavorful it becomes. It reminds me of soy marinated cucumbers from Japanese restaurants. Super refreshing
Bought both the cucumber kimchi and anchovies. Both tasted yummy. Cucumber kimchi not too spicy and very crunchy. Anchovies very tasty and not too salty.
finally tried the highly raved jin kimchi, and I regret not getting it earlier! this has officially become a staple in my fridge. kimchi is super crunchy and the anchovies taste just nice and not overly salty. got it on Monday and half bottle is gone. guess another stock up is coming soon.

So in order to write this review with a photo, we had to order a 2nd time because my kids “attacked” the cucumber 🥒 kimchi & almost cleared the jar from my first purchase. Repeat purchase because it tastes fresh & is not too spicy for my non-chilli eating kids. And importantly, not overly sour like many you get outside that are over-fermented.
