Julienne Radish Salad, also known as Mu-saengchae (무생채) in Korean, is a spicy salad-like dish made with Korean Radish. In comparison to our JIN "Radish" Kimchi, our JIN "Julienne" Radish is savoury and lighter on the taste buds.
This salad like kimchi is great with bibimbap and is a classic dish served with bossam (Boiled Pork Wraps)! Like any fermented dish, this spicy julienned radish salad ferments and gets sour over time.
JIN "Julienne" Radish Salad is made daily in Singapore and is packed in quantities of 345grams! This kimchi is good for 2 months upon receiving.

I like that I can choose how long to ferment it for to my own preferred taste. Most other brands are sour from the beginning, but this starts off sweet and then into a really umami taste. Yum!

Tried Jin Kimchi at the recommendation of my sister-in-law and there is no turning back to store-bought kimchi which are too sour for my taste. Bought most of their flavours for my 1st purchase and I must say they have done a good job. Will recommend to my friends if only their pricing is more affordable.

No long longish but a tad shorter. Don't like something acidic in plastic container. Luckily I still got their old glass one to port over.
