Beef Short Ribs (Galbi, 갈비) just like Pork Belly is a must have staple at every Korean barbecue. Our Beef Short Ribs are cut across the bone from high quality beef into thickness of 1cm, allowing them to absorb the marinate quickly!
Marinated with an authentic Korean Galbi sauce these 1cm cut LA-Galbi are full of flavour, cook quickly and are just perfect for barbecuing, grilling or pan searing!
Our JIN Marinated LA Galbi are marinated and packed fresh in Singapore. These come frozen in vacuum packs of 300g.
