Fermented squid (better known in Korean as Ojingeo-jeot, 오징어젓), is a type of side dish that is preserved by salting and fermenting thinly sliced squid. Not only is this popular banchan very savoury and delicious, but it's also high in protein, vitamin and mineral contents!
Our JIN "Fermented" Squid is a thick, savoury paste is made with fresh squid, gochugaru (Korean hot pepper flakes) and other fresh herbs. This salty preserved seafood is spicy, chewy and sweet, pair it with rice and a brothy soup for a complete meal!
JIN "Fermented" Squid only uses fresh ingredients, and just like you'll have it at home, there's no added preservatives.

JIN Fermented Squid is freshly made fresh daily in Singapore and is packed in quantities of 320grams. This banchan is good for 4 months (refrigerated) upon receiving.
