This recipe is perfect for all you busy ladies and gents out there!

Let's get started!

  • 6 slices of ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of chopped JIN Kimchi (or as much as you like)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • Ground black pepper (optional)

Step 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (roughly for 15-20 mins).

Step 2. Lightly coat your tray of 6 muffin cups with cooking oil (Use an oil brush or spray oil).

Step 3. Gently place a slice of ham in each muffin cup, push to the bottom of the cup and up the sides. Add one heaped teaspoon of kimchi and cheese to each cup.

Step 4. Break an egg into a small bowl and add into each muffin cup (1 egg per cup). Sprinkle some black pepper and you're done preparing!

Step 5. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 20 mins, or until your egg is cooked to your liking. (20 mins is for a fully cooked egg yolk, cook for less time if you refer a runny yolk)

Step 6. Take tray out of the oven and let it cool for 5 mins. Dig in and enjoy!
