Here's another must have when going for that authentic K-BBQ experience! Pork Collar, also known as 목살 start off by being marinated for hours in our very own red pepper marinate before being vacuumed packed and frozen. Ensuring that this packed goodness reaches you in optimal condition!
Tender, sweet, savoury and very very mildly spiced, these 1cm cut pork belly are ready-to-cook and cook quickly! Have this with some rice, kimchi, ssam or samjang for an easy, quick, delicious and hearty meal!
Note: Our JIN Gochujang Marinated Pork Collar are marinated and packed fresh in Singapore. These come frozen in vacuum packs of 200g.

The meat marinate is too sweet this time. Different from my past purchases. Kimchi is also bitter this time. Past occasion kimchi was delicious. Is kimchi suppose to taste bitter. 🤷🏻♀️. I googled, it says possibly not fermented enough, so i am letting it sit in the fridge hoping taste change., if it does not work i will add sugar. I have purchased a couple of times, this time quality of product is different. Similar comments from rest if family. It just tasted totally different from before, it was alot better before.

This pork galbi is better than the beef short ribs bought together but portion is a small though.

Super yummy marinated pork collar. Bought 6 pkts at 1st try n finished 5. Family love it too. Pork is tender even after BBQ. Will buy again.
